At Softexplo, we sell digital products such as templates, ebooks, guides, toolkits, and other downloadable resources. Since these products are delivered instantly after purchase, we follow a strict policy regarding refunds.


1. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

All purchases made on Softexplo are final and non-refundable.

Once the payment is completed, the digital product is delivered instantly via download link/email. Because digital items cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.


2. Please Review Before Buying

Before purchasing, we request you to:

  • Read the product description carefully
  • Check product previews (if provided)
  • Confirm the product format and requirements (PDF, Canva, Notion, etc.)

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds are not provided, however we may assist in the following cases:

a) Payment Successful but Product Not Received

If your payment is successful but you do not receive the download link or access, contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Order ID
  • Payment reference/transaction ID
    We will ensure you receive the product.

b) Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error, we will verify the transaction and provide a resolution.
